A stacking game on a wind-cut moor
Cairn
The wind is the opponent. Set each stone yourself — where it sits, which way it faces — and then hold the stack through the squall that follows.
- Five cairns, three stones up to seven. The gust profile gets meaner each time.
- A wide base steadies a stack and catches the wind. So does a stone set dead centre.
- Lean the stack and the mark rewards you. Straight plonking earns nothing.
- From the second cairn one stone in hand is wet, and wet stone slides.
Move with WASD or the arrows. J and K turn the stone, R changes the face, C swaps stones, Space sets it, Esc pauses, M mutes.
The wind keeps blowing

The steadiness gauge reads the physics: how much of the friction budget the joints are using, how fast the stones are turning, and how far off plumb the stack has leaned. When the target is met the squall arrives on its own.
The moor keeps its own records
